Curiel has always dreamed of working for himself doing what he loves. We have both put our heart & soul into these ventures. I am so thankful my husband’s love & passion for food has not diminished over the years but is flourishing.

Curiel having grown up in El Paso, Texas until he attended Le Cordon Bleu of Pittsburgh, knew he wanted to do something different with Mexican & other Food. Curiel is a Professional Fine Dining Chef that is bringing a taste of home to Central Pennsylvania.

He combines real authentic Mexican ideas w/ modern twists using fresh and tasty ingredients to bring you exciting food. Creating dishes that are unique in conception and taste! We want you to enjoy a Flavor Experience like no other in the area! I can’t wait to taste what he brings to the plate at each location.

Chef Curiel Bame

Chef, Owner, Operator


Curiel was born in AZ & grew up in El Paso. His passion for cooking started at a very early age. One of his favorite memories is watching his Grandma & Mother cook authentic dishes for the family.


He decided to move and attend the International Culinary Academy of Le Cordon Bleu in Pittsburgh, PA. Curiel has extensive experience in writing menus, kitchen set up as well as opening restaurants. His life long dream has been to do what he loves for his family and himself.

Voted as one of four top chefs in Pittsburgh Cultural District by Fan Fare Magazine.

Seviche Restaurant was voted a “Four Star Restaurant” by the Pittsburgh City Paper.

2008 Qualifier for Pennsylvania State Finals Cooking Competition

Worked under James Beard winning chef Greg Alauzen as his rounds man in ala-carte & creating chef menus.

    Erica was born & raised locally growing up in Hughesville, PA.

    She brings to the table over 22 years Combined Experience in Customer Service, Advertising/Marketing & the Restaurant/Bar Industry.

    She is extremely organized & loves to help plan events down to the smallest detail to ensure a smooth delivery.

    Currently she works at a Local Accounting Firm during the week days, helping us run smoothly in the evenings and weekends. She can be reached via email any time.

    Erica resides in Williamsport, PA with her Husband, Son Kale, Step Daughter Adrianna, & Fur Babies Nori & Kelp.

    ServSafe & RAMP Certified.
